Regatta Update – Vice Commodore :
Our annual regatta is scheduled for June 19-20. We are still looking for on the water volunteers that can assist laying marks and being safety boats.
If you are interested,
please contact Ron or myself at email@example.com.
Historically, regatta weekend is one of the busiest weekends of the year. To assist with parking and logistics we are asking members with boat parking spots to please take their boats home for the weekend if possible. This is not mandatory but would be greatly appreciated. During the regatta weekend the ramps will be closed and only accessible for participants and committee/chase boats.
The Ladies Auxiliary will be kicking regatta week off with margarita night on Wednesday June 16th and hosting the annual Cocktail Party on Friday June 18th. We appreciate your support and hope to see you down for the regatta and festivities.
Lastly, I would like to recognize our 2021 Regatta sponsors. The contribution by these organizations is one of the many reasons we continue to have successful regattas. Many of these sponsors are active members and have been sponsors for many years. I encourage our membership personally thank them for their contribution and support their businesses anyway they can. Regatta Update from Vice President of the Ladies Auxiliary
Our annual Regatta is June 18th – June 20th. However, the Auxiliary likes to kick things off with our annual Margarita Night on Wednesday, June 16th and the Cocktail Party on Friday June 18th. Margarita Night and Cocktail Party are completely free to attend. Remember the Cocktail Party is an ADULTS ONLY EVENT and cocktail attire is recommended. Please come out and show support for our club.
How can you support?
We are still looking for volunteers to help out the 16th, 18th, 19th, and 20th. The men are looking for volunteers on the 19th and 20th. If you are unable to come volunteer, please consider reaching out to me to provide a donation that we may use for our raffle baskets. All of our proceeds go towards charities that we support throughout the year like the Halo Project which allows fosters children to receive Christmas presents, Charleston Fisher House, Compass Harbor Housing, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and more.
We are also asking for people to bring a dessert to share on Friday, the 18th for the cocktail party. They can be dropped off prior to 7pm in the kitchen.
What can I donate?
-Gift cards to restaurants, salons, stores, family outing places, etc.
-Hostess gifts like wine & spirits, decorative towels, candles, glasses, snacks, etc.
-Jewelry like earrings, bracelets, etc.
-Handmade or locally made crafts
A follow up email will be sent out shortly with a basic timeline of events for the week.

Summer Parking Rules Reminder For the duration of Spring & Summer, Saturday & Sunday will be One Vehicle per Member on the Club grounds from 5:00 am to 5:00 pm. Please note: This means that guests are not allowed to park on the grounds.
